Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

1. Conditions of Application

This Policy applies to commercial transactions conducted on palmcreating.com and governs cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and substitutions for professional services and digital deliverables. This policy is subject to the provisions of the Federal Consumer Protection Law and the Commercial Code.

2. General rules

• Before the service begins (prior to the kickoff/briefing session): the consumer may request cancellation and a 100% refund, less non-refundable payment processing fees.
• After the start of service: Refunds are proportional to the amount of work not performed, less hours spent, third-party costs, and administrative expenses.
• Downloadable digital deliverables and/or hours consumed are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is possible with at least 48 hours' notice; scheduling is dependent.
• Promotions, coupons, and discounts are non-refundable and non-cumulative.

3. Procedure to request a refund/cancellation

Write to comunidad@palmcreating.com with the subject “Refund Request” indicating: order number, date, reason, and supporting documentation (if applicable). We will evaluate your request within 5 business days and, if applicable, process the refund using the same payment method within 10 business days (reflection on your statement depends on your bank). If an invoice or credit note is required, it will be issued in accordance with tax regulations.

4. Third-party services and non-recoverable costs

Expenses incurred with third parties (e.g., software licenses, usage rights, venue rentals, talent, production) may be non-refundable if the supplier does not accept refunds. These items will be clearly stated in the quote or order details.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If the deliverable does not correspond to the agreed scope and specifications, PalmCreating will make reasonable corrections and adjustments at no additional cost within 15 calendar days of delivery, provided the client submits written observations and this does not imply a change in scope.

6. Billing and credit notes

For refunds of invoiced transactions, the supplier must issue the corresponding credit note in accordance with applicable tax provisions in order to process the refund.

7. Attention to nonconformities

You can write to comunidad@palmcreating.com. Consumers retain the right to file complaints with the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO) and to use mediation mechanisms.

8. Changes to this Policy

We will post any changes to the site with the updated date. These changes will not affect applications already in process.
